Get to know Mannjal

Common questions from lenders, originators and their compliance, IT and ops teams.

General

Mannjal is partnership lending infrastructure. It supports co-lending, Business Correspondent and digital-lending workflows, giving each partner its own secure instance and orchestrating the workflow between them.
The platform is Mannjal's workflow layer. It carries configured cases from intake through checks, queries and reporting in one case file, configured to how your program already runs.
No. The platform runs the process, checks and routing. Credit decisions, underwriting and approvals stay with the lender or agreed participant.
They are the partnership structures Mannjal supports: co-lending (shared risk between a senior and junior lender), Business Correspondent networks, and digital lending programs. All managed through one system.
The lender or agreed regulated participant. Mannjal checks applications against the lender's configured rules and routes them to the right desk. The credit decision stays outside Mannjal.
Similar programs can typically be configured in 1-2 weeks once partner, policy and integration inputs are ready, with workflow sync, documentation support and pipeline visibility.
In-house builds often solve one program at a time. Mannjal is shared infrastructure across co-lending, Business Correspondent and digital lending, with configurable workflows, integrations, regulatory-aligned documentation and a curated partner network.

For lenders

Banks, small finance banks and NBFCs running partnership lending programs. The typical user is an ops team managing multiple lending partnerships across co-lending, Business Correspondent or digital-lending structures.
Yes. Each program is configured independently with its own eligibility rules, compliance thresholds and partner set. Reusable workflows help operating effort scale more predictably as you add programs.
Mannjal supports documentation and controls aligned with RBI Co-Lending Arrangements guidance and Digital Lending Guidelines, including Key Fact Statement support, single blended rate workflows, First Loss Default Guarantee tracking, partner-level reporting and audit trails. Your team holds the data and makes credit decisions.
Originators on the network are reviewed for financial profile, credit focus and operating track record before they join. Matching is by product, geography and lending appetite, so both sides meet partners that fit.

Role-based access and maker-checker controls apply based on deployment scope.
