Borrower and loan data processed inside a client's Mannjal instance is governed by the agreement with that client, who is the Data Fiduciary for that data; Mannjal acts on their instructions. Mannjal provides technology infrastructure and does not make credit decisions or lend on its own account.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up about Mannjal. Our lawful basis is your consent under the DPDP Act, which you provide when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).
